Privacy Policy
Inferiq is built to keep as little about you as it can. This page explains what we collect when you use the website, the console, the API and the fix agents, why, and for how long.
In short
- Your account is your wallet address. There is no email, name or password.
- Prompts, answers and the code you send to fix agents are not stored after a request or run finishes.
- We keep receipts (which model answered, tokens, cost, timing) so your balance can be checked and audited.
- There are no ads, no analytics trackers and no data sales.
What we collect
| Data | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet address | You sign in with your wallet | It identifies your account |
| API keys (as a hash) and their settings | You create keys in the console | To check requests; the full key is shown to you once and never stored |
| Receipts: model, tokens, cost, balance before and after, timing, which key | Every request and fix | Billing, your usage pages, and audits |
| Balance, holds and ledger entries | Requests, fixes, deposits and credits | To charge you correctly |
| Deposit records: network, transaction hash, sender, amount | Deposits you make on chain | To credit your balance once and only once |
| Settings and an audit log of account changes | You or the console agent change something | So you can see what changed and when |
| Fix run titles (the error's first line) and results for 24 hours | Fix agent runs | So you can read a result if your connection drops |
| Technical logs: request ID, status, model, cost, timing | Every request | To run, debug and secure the service |
What we don't store
- The content of your prompts and the model’s answers. They pass through to the model and back.
- The code and logs you send to a fix agent, after the run ends or its quote expires.
- Your full API keys, seed phrases or private keys. Inferiq will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
- Request bodies, keys or headers in our logs.
Before fix input is stored for the length of a run, common secrets (API keys, tokens, passwords, private keys) are replaced with [redacted], and .env and key files are left out. Still, don’t send secrets.
How we use it
We use this data only to provide Inferiq: authenticate you, run requests and fixes, charge your balance, credit deposits, show you your usage and receipts, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure and working. We don’t use your prompts or code to train models.
Who processes it
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting the website and API, the database, and network security |
| RunPod | The GPU servers that run the model. Prompts, answers and fix input pass through them while a request runs; request logging is off |
| Public blockchain RPC and explorer providers | Reading deposit transactions on Robinhood Chain and Base |
| Price feeds | The ETH to US dollar rate when an ETH deposit is credited |
These providers process data on our behalf to run the service. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Fix input: until the run ends or the quote expires (5 minutes). Fix results: 24 hours.
- Sign-in nonces: 10 minutes. Your session cookie: 7 days.
- Receipts, ledger entries and deposit records: as long as your account exists, so balances stay auditable.
- Technical logs: for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
Cookies and local storage
We use only what the service needs to work. No advertising or analytics cookies.
inferiq_session: keeps you signed in to the console (7 days, httpOnly).inferiq_siwe_nonce: protects a wallet sign-in from replay (10 minutes).- Your browser’s local storage remembers small preferences, such as whether the agent panel is open, and a deposit you just sent.
Public blockchains
Deposits are transactions on public blockchains (Robinhood Chain and Base). Anyone can see them, including your wallet address and the amount, and no one can delete them. That’s a property of the blockchain, not something Inferiq controls.
Your choices
- You can revoke API keys at any time in the console.
- You can stop using Inferiq at any time; we don’t need anything from you to close an account.
- You can ask us to delete account data we hold. Records we must keep to show balances and deposits correctly may be kept in a form not linked to you where possible.
