Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Inferiq website, console, API and fix agents. By using Inferiq you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

The service

Inferiq gives your coding tools one API key for the models it serves, fix agents that return a cause and a patch for an error, and a prepaid balance that pays for each call. Inferiq is in early access: features can change, and some parts of the site describe what’s planned rather than what’s live.

Accounts and keys

  • Your account is the wallet you sign in with. You are responsible for that wallet and for keeping its keys safe.
  • You are responsible for your API keys and for every request made with them. Keep them out of public code and browser apps, and revoke any key you think has leaked.
  • You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live.

Balance and pricing

  • Your balance is kept in US dollars and is used only to pay for Inferiq requests and fixes.
  • Balance can’t be withdrawn, refunded or transferred, and has no cash value. Deposit only what you plan to use.
  • Requests are charged by the tokens they actually use, at the prices on the Pricing page. A fix is quoted first and never charges more than the maximum you approve.
  • Prices can change. A change applies to requests made after it, not to ones already charged.
  • Balance credited by Inferiq during early access is promotional and may be adjusted or removed.

Deposits

  • You can deposit ETH or USDG on Robinhood Chain, or ETH or USDC on Base, sent to the deposit address shown in your console. Sending anything else, or on another network, may be lost and can’t be recovered by us.
  • Only deposits sent from the wallet you signed in with are credited automatically. Don’t send from an exchange or a smart-contract wallet.
  • A deposit is credited after the network confirms it and our checks pass. ETH is converted at the rate when it’s credited; USDG and USDC count 1:1. There is a minimum deposit.
  • A 3% deposit fee is kept from each deposit, and the rest is credited to your balance. For example, a $100 deposit adds $97 to your balance. The fee isn’t refundable.
  • Deposits over $500 are credited once the network has settled the block, which can take up to 15 minutes. Deposits over $2,000, and ETH sent more than 3 days before it’s added, are credited after a manual check, which may take time or be declined if the transaction can’t be verified.
  • Network fees (gas) are yours. Blockchain transactions can’t be reversed.

Model output and fix agents

  • Answers and patches are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete or insecure. Review them before you use them.
  • Fix agents only return patches; they never run commands or change files on your machine. You decide whether to apply a patch, and you are responsible for the result.
  • You keep your rights in what you send and in the output you receive. Send only content you’re allowed to share.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Inferiq to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • create malware, attack systems, or get around security you aren’t authorized to test;
  • overload, probe or disrupt the service, or get around limits, billing or access controls;
  • resell access in a way that hides who is using it, or share keys publicly;
  • send other people’s personal data or secrets without the right to do so.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Inferiq available, but it can be slow, interrupted or unavailable at times. For example, the model may take a few minutes to wake up after a quiet period. We may change, add or remove features, models, networks and limits.

Disclaimers and liability

Inferiq is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Inferiq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by model output you choose to use, and its total liability to you is limited to the balance you deposited in the 3 months before the claim.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Inferiq at any time. We may suspend or close access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. If Inferiq shuts down, we’ll give notice on the website and on X in advance where we can.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using Inferiq after a change means you accept it. For questions, contact us on X at @inferiq_. See also the Privacy Policy.

Not legal advice

These terms are written in plain language to describe how Inferiq works.
